Privacy notice

Staffify collects information you submit, conversation and call data needed to provide requested services, technical visitor events, and account configuration. We use it to provide the service, route requested follow-up, secure the platform, measure visitor journeys, and improve reliability.

First-party visitor analytics

Our website uses randomly generated first-party visitor and session identifiers to record page paths, timestamps, campaign tags, coarse device and viewport categories, scroll milestones, named interactions, and foreground attention by website section. Section attention counts only while the page is visible, focused, recently active, and the section meaningfully occupies the viewport; it is not eye tracking or session replay. We do not record form values, keystrokes, pointer trails, chat text in analytics, or precise device location. URL queries and referrer paths are stripped, network addresses are reduced to a coarse prefix, and enabled Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals disable analytics and clear the analytics queue.

AI and call disclosure

Atlas is an AI receptionist. Calls and chats may be transcribed and analyzed to provide the requested service. Clients are responsible for configuring notices and consent appropriate to their location and use.

Retention and access

Raw website activity events are retained for up to 90 days. Authorized managers can access customer and activity data in the secure portal. Contact hello@staffify.icu for an access or deletion request. We do not sell personal information.
