Service terms

Staffify provides configurable AI phone and website assistance. Features depend on the selected scope, connected services, and client-supplied facts. Atlas must not be used to impersonate a human or make regulated professional decisions.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, obtain required call or messaging consent, protect portal credentials, and verify appointment, emergency, legal, medical, and financial workflows with a person.

Availability

AI and third-party services can fail or produce incorrect output. Clients must keep a safe human fallback for urgent or consequential situations. Published prices do not override a signed scope or agreement.
